The Presidium of Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V. plays a central role in the management and decision-making of the organisation. It is composed of the President, the Vice-President and one other member, all of whom are elected by the General Assembly for a term of four years.

The Presidium is responsible for the strategic management of the association and makes decisions on ideological, political, organisational and financial matters. It is the supreme executive body and is responsible for all matters that are not explicitly assigned to another body.

The Board of Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V. is responsible for the management and realisation of the association's central tasks and objectives. It ensures that the work of LPE runs smoothly and is in line with the organisation's mission.

The Board is responsible for the operational management of LPE. Its core tasks include coordinating the association's projects, implementing the statutory objectives as well as preparing and organising the General Assembly. It is also responsible for financial planning, including the annual budget preparation and reporting.

With its commitment and dedication, the Board makes a significant contribution to realising the vision of Let's promote Europe by efficiently managing and developing the association's structures, finances and processes.

The General Secretariat ensures the smooth coordination of the various association bodies and supports the Presidium and the Board in all organisational and administrative processes.

The General Secretariat plays a crucial role in LPE's day-to-day business and ensures that all organisational processes are efficient, structured and compliant. In this way, it contributes significantly to the stability and transparency of the organisation and supports the implementation of the goals of Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V.

The Financial Audit Committee of Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V. plays a central role in ensuring transparency and accountability within the organisation. It monitors the financial integrity of LPE and verifies the proper use of the organisation's funds.

Through its independent oversight of financial matters, the Financial Audit Committee contributes significantly to the stability and trustworthiness of Let's promote Europe e.V. It promotes financial responsibility and ensures that the organisation's resources are managed responsibly in order to achieve its statutory objectives.

The Arbitral Tribunal of Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V. serves as an independent and neutral body for resolving internal disputes. It ensures that legal questions and conflicts within the organisation are resolved objectively and impartially and thus represents an important element of the legal integrity and fairness of the organisation.

With its independent and impartial function, the Arbitral Tribunal contributes significantly to transparency and legal certainty within Let's promote Europe (LPE) e.V. It ensures that all internal disputes within the association are settled fairly and on the basis of the statutes, thereby promoting a stable and trusting association structure.
